Store Manager - Building Materials Retail

Role Overview

The Store Manager will take accountability for the day-to-day operation, administration, customer sales and service, employees, stock, and overall control of a building-materials retail branch in Potchefstroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration.
• Lead employees and maintain high standards of customer sales and service.
• Manage stock, operational controls, and branch performance.
• Ensure the branch is organised, compliant, and focused on customer requirements.
• Monitor performance and support the achievement of store targets.

Requirements

• Experience managing a retail or building-materials branch.
• Strong people leadership, customer-service, sales, stock-control, and administration skills.
• Ability to manage branch operations and maintain performance standards.
