Store Administrator
Our client is hiring a Store Administrator to support accurate paperwork, reporting, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone organised and detail-focused who enjoys structured back-office work. You will support store compliance by keeping records complete, accurate, and audit-ready. The position requires strong communication because you will work with managers, suppliers, and head office support teams. You will be trusted with sensitive documents and must maintain confidentiality and process discipline. If you enjoy retail operations but prefer admin structure, this role is a strong fit.
- Maintain store documentation including invoices, delivery notes, returns, and compliance files.
- Support daily/weekly reporting for sales, staff attendance, stock movements, and exceptions.
- Coordinate supplier documentation and follow up on missing paperwork.
- Assist management with roster admin, filing, and basic HR documentation.
- Support cash office records and ensure documentation aligns to controls.
- Capture data accurately and maintain organised digital and physical filing.
- Support audit preparation by producing requested schedules and evidence packs.
- Matric essential; admin qualification advantageous.
- 2–5 years administration experience, ideally in retail.
- Comfortable with Excel, email, and basic reporting templates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to support peak trading and audit periods.
