We are urgently looking for a Stock Controller to ensure the efficient management of inventory by accurately receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling stock. Must have SAPS experience.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
Previous experience working with SAPS or within a SAPS logistics/stores environment.
Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in stock control, warehouse, or inventory management.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using inventory or ERP systems.
Knowledge of stock control principles and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock.
Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely according to company procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock or overstock situations.
Prepare stock reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations where required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Assist with internal and external stock audits.
Maintain good housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
