Stock Administrator

Are you an all round administrator who has experience mulitasking and being the centre point of contact for all daily actions required within an organisation?

This position is suited to a highly accountable person who is precise, organised, with excellent follow-up administration abilities. 

Excellent opportunity to grow your skills. Own vehicle and driver's license is required.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, additional qualifications advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good computer literacy - MS Word, Excel required
  • Experience working in construction, dealing with stock receipting & control
  • Must be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license - non-negotiable
DUTIES
  • Receive, inspect and record incoming stock, materials and equipment
  • Issue materials and tools to site teams and employees
  • Arrange for delivery of materials to various sites
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory controls
  • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with procurement requirements
  • Track company tools, equipment and assets
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers and transport providers
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Prepare stock and inventory reports as required
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
