Synopsis

We are looking for a professional and client-focused Spa Therapist to provide a range of wellness and beauty treatments in a relaxing and welcoming environment. You will deliver high-quality treatments while ensuring clients receive personalised care and an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional massages and spa treatments based on client needs
Perform facials, body treatments, waxing, and other relevant services
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing treatment environment
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment and products are properly maintained
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Recommend suitable skincare and wellness products where appropriate
Provide professional aftercare advice and excellent customer service
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification in Somatology, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field
Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or wellness environment is advantageous
Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Additional massage or specialist treatment certifications are advantageous
