MNA Recruitment is hiring a Sourcing Specialist - Pharma - JHB in Gauteng. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to supporting safe, reliable service delivery in a people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing ability to analysis global trends from a pharmaceutical procurement perspective and guide the business in terms of risk and opportunities.
Support the team by managing minimum 5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical (medication), supply chain, and / or manufacturing environment.
Keep momentum on strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, legal and regulatory requirements (SAHPRA/ GMP environment in marketing and manufacturing).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Sourcing Specialist - Pharma - JHB.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
