Introduction

Our client is seeking a Sonographer to join its diagnostic services team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare, process, analyse, or support patient diagnostic workflows in line with approved clinical standards.
Operate and monitor relevant diagnostic equipment safely and accurately.
Maintain clear records, sample tracking, imaging documentation, or reporting support as required by the role.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, infection prevention controls, and quality standards.
Work closely with medical practitioners and support teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Escalate equipment, specimen, or workflow issues promptly and support corrective action.
Contribute to quality assurance, stock control, and department housekeeping standards.

This role may also involve supporting process improvement, compliance readiness, and cross-functional collaboration depending on the nature of the unit or practice.
