Social Media, Content & Paid Search Coordinator

Role Overview

Create, publish and optimise practical digital content for specialist technical brands, turning field activity, projects and technical information into useful online engagement and enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Capture photography and video at offices, workshops, demonstrations, training sessions and approved project sites.
• Film short-form footage, conduct or support interviews and create reels and videos.
• Create social content, design simple assets, write captions and manage business profiles.
• Publish approved campaigns and support paid-search activity.
• Maintain an active online presence and turn technical projects, equipment demonstrations and customer education into credible content.
• Work with technical, sales, digital-content and communications colleagues.

Requirements

• Hands-on social-media, content creation and paid-search experience.
• Photography, filming, short-form video editing and basic design capability.
• Strong writing, captioning, visual judgement and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical information and make it accessible to business audiences.
• Comfort working on site and maintaining content across multiple platforms.
