Role Overview

Colossal Aviapartner Aviation Services needs a Skills Development Facilitator who can step into a practical role in Kempton Park. A key part of the work involves Skills Development Facilitator Leading the organization's planning, implementation, and monitoring of Education, Training & Development (ETD) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on ensure compliance with Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) frameworks.
Support the team by managing degree or diploma in HR, Education, Training & Development or a combination of suitable industry qualifications & experience (5years).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Skills Development Facilitator.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
