Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
- Drive productivity and monitor operational performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational challenges
- Manage operational reporting and performance tracking
- Use digital and AI-enabled systems for reporting and decision-making
- Coordinate effectively with management and other departments
- Maintain discipline, workflow efficiency, and operational standards on-site
- Proven supervisory experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, foundry, scrap metal, recycling, or similar heavy industrial environments
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills
- Experience working in high-volume operational environments such as scrap yards, foundries, processing plants, or manufacturing facilities advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours when operationally required
- Comfortable working in physically demanding and high-pressure environments
- Good communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to work with digital systems and AI-enabled tools
