Recruit-Well Pty Ltd needs a Site Partner - Fuel/ Forecourt + Convenience/ Retail + QSR (Various sites in SA if you are open to relocation!!!!) who can step into a practical role in Johannesburg. A key part of the work involves Operate in a 24-hour, high-performance retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on end-to-end operational leadership of fuel, convenience retail and QSR operations.
Keep momentum on ideal: 7–10 years senior retail management experience.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Site Partner - Fuel/ Forecourt + Convenience/ Retail + QSR (Various sites in SA if you are open to relocation!!!!).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
