Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of End-to-end operational leadership of fuel, convenience retail and QSR operations.
Take ownership of Ideal: 7–10 years senior retail management experience.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Site Partner - Fuel/ Forecourt + Convenience/ Retail + QSR (Belfast) (Mpumalanga).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
