Site Manager - Middelburg

The Opportunity

Lead site operations from Middelburg, with travel to various sites. The employer is a South African industrial services company providing integrated solutions across plant hire, mining services, mechanical support and industrial transportation for mining, construction and heavy-industrial sectors. The role carries primary accountability for site performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and task execution of site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Keep site documentation accurate, up to date and audit ready.
• Take primary accountability for site performance and compliance.
• Manage site operations, employees, contractors and operational processes.
• Provide reliable operational oversight across sites and ensure work is executed to the required standard.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of site or operations management experience.
• Mining or material-handling environment experience.
• Experience managing site operations, employees, contractors and operational processes.
• Ability to maintain site accountability while travelling between operational locations.

Compensation

R32,000 to R45,000 per month.
