Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing this role is ideally suited to a strong construction professional with extensive site-based experience managing building projects from inception through to completion.
Take ownership of Coordinating project schedules, construction programmes, and workflow planning.
Take ownership of BSc/BTech/National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Site Manager - Construction Industry.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
