Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and overall site operations.
Support the team by managing implement and monitor Quality Control measures to ensure a high standard of workmanship across all construction activities.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Site Agent (Building/Construction).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of construction work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
