Our client is seeking an experienced Signage Sales Representative / Project Manager to join their team in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. Applicants must have a minimum of five years' experience in the signage industry, with a proven background in sales and project management. Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and understand signage manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while ERP/CRM experience is advantageous. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone are essential. REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of five years' proven experience in the signage industry (essential).
Proven experience in both sales and project management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand signage manufacturing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems will be advantageous.
Valid driver's license, with a reliable vehicle and mobile phone.
Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.

DUTIES:

Generate new business opportunities and build strong, lasting client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Manage signage projects from order confirmation through to final installation.
Liaise with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Resolve client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation.
