Role Overview

MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd needs a Shift Millwright – Injection Moulding who can step into a practical role in eThekwini Central (Durban / Pinetown / Umlazi). A key part of the work involves Shift Millwright – Injection Moulding Experience with PLCs, variable speed drives, servo motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electronics.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Shift Millwright – Injection Moulding.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of motoring work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
