Stealth Security needs a Service Manager - CCTV & Access Control who can step into a practical role in Umhlanga. A key part of the work involves CCTV & Access Control Understanding of estate and commercial security environments.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Service Manager - CCTV & Access Control.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of real estate work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
