Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on key criteria for this role would be strong Service delivery and problem management, Local IT and Azure experience.
Keep momentum on the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and managing the delivery of IT services to internal business units or external clien.
Keep momentum on coordinating with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Service Delivery Officer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in business management or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
