Place Talent Recruitment (Pty) Ltd needs a Service Delivery Coordinator who can step into a practical role in JHB - Northern Suburbs. A key part of the work involves Service Delivery Coordinator Experience within ISP, telecommunications, fibre, or related operational environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Background in telecommunications, fibre construction, or field operations will be advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Service Delivery Coordinator.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of telecommunications work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
