Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimise website content, landing pages, metadata, and blog content.
Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement improvements.
Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance.
Assist with content planning and digital marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience working with WordPress websites and SEO optimisation within WordPress environments.
Experience using WordPress SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or similar.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Knowledge of website performance optimisation and SEO best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field will be advantageous.

Advantageous Skills

Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures.
Experience with paid digital advertising campaigns.
Content writing and copywriting experience.
