Role Overview

Oza Capital and Services is hiring a Senior Training Manager in Newcastle / Dundee. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused mining team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing compliance training, and competency development across surface mining operations.
Keep momentum on training, MQA compliance, and heavy earthmoving equipment within mining environments.
Take ownership of Develop and implement annual mining training plans and schedules.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Training Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
