Our client is a well-established South African company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of commercial refrigeration systems, retail fixtures, and store fit-out solutions for leading national retailers. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities / Hoofverantwoordelikhede
Lead and manage commercial and industrial refrigeration projects from inception through commissioning and final handover.
Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee all phases of project execution and delivery.
Coordinate and manage internal technical teams, installation teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and commercial refrigeration market.
Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the commissioning, testing, sign-off and final handover of refrigeration systems.
Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures and safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution and operational processes.
Manage multiple high-value refrigeration projects simultaneously.
Prepare and monitor project documentation, reporting and progress updates.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure successful project completion.
Provide technical leadership and commercial oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes
Refrigeration Technical Qualification.
Project Management qualification will be advantageous.
Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable transport and vehicle.
Minimum 7 years' experience within the refrigeration industry.
Extensive experience managing commercial refrigeration projects.
Proven experience working within retail refrigeration environments.
Strong client-facing project management experience.
Strong refrigeration technical knowledge.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Willing to travel frequently.

Salary / Salaris
R50 000 - R60 000 p/m
