Senior Product Manager (Liquidity Services - crypto)

Role Overview Help us maintain Luno's position as a trusted crypto counterparty by optimizing our trading engine for cost efficiency and market risk management. You'll drive innovation in liquidity and pricing.

What We're Looking For - 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech or crypto trading - Deep understanding of market dynamics and liquidity sourcing (exchanges, OTC) - Expertise in financial operations (slippage, bid-ask spread, volatility) - Proven ability to use data for quantitative decisions on execution efficiency - Strong stakeholder management, especially with finance/treasury teams

What You'll Do - Own the core transaction service, from quote creation to settlement - Develop roadmaps to boost trade efficiency and manage market exposure - Drive strategies for aggregating liquidity and offering fair customer prices - Translate business logic into technical requirements for engineering
