Are you an experienced Senior Product Designer – UI/UX with a passion for transforming complex software into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences?

Our client is looking for a creative and strategic designer to take ownership of the end-to-end product design process, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital products while driving innovation and raising design standards across the business.

REQUIREMENTS

5–7 years of product design, UI/UX, or equivalent digital product experience.
A strong portfolio showing shipped software products such as dashboards, SaaS platforms, web applications, or mobile applications.
Experience designing complex systems, business logic, workflows, and user journeys.
Strong visual design, typography, layout, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
Fluency in modern design tools and design-system practices.
Ability to use data, research, and usability insights to improve digital products.
Confident communication skills, including presenting rationale and giving constructive design critique.

Capabilities:

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, components, Dev Mode, and collaborative workflow tools.
Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI) to streamline research, ideation, prototyping, and content creation.
Strong background in user research, usability testing, and analytics using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Maze, or similar.
Knowledge of developer handoff processes, design tokens, component documentation, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React preferred).
Experience with motion design, interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and tools such as After Effects, Rive, Lottie, Webflow, or Framer.

DUTIES

Lead product discovery and translate business, user, and technical requirements into clear design direction.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
Design and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.
Collaborate with developers to produce structured design files, practical specifications, and smooth handoffs.
Use analytics, usability feedback, and behavioural data to identify friction and improve product performance.
Review and refine digital design work across the studio to ensure high standards of usability, visual polish, and consistency.
Present design thinking clearly to clients, stakeholders, developers, and internal teams.
