Doncaster Personnel is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner in Boksburg. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused human resources team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on coach managers on the employee life cycle.
Support the team by managing annual process such MTW, pay review, bonus, EOS and resource forecasting in addition to providing advice on issues such as pay & grading.
Keep momentum on advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior HR Business Partner.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in human resources or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
