Role Overview
Network IT is hiring a Senior Helpdesk Support L3 in Johannesburg North. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to building, supporting or improving systems that people rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Exposure to modern security, Zero Trust, and hybrid infrastructure models.
- Take ownership of Maintain and enhance secure access controls using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 security policies.
- Take ownership of Manage escalated account and security incidents such as suspected compromise, MFA anomalies, and mail quarantine escalations.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Helpdesk Support L3.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of security work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
