Synopsis

A software organisation is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to provide technical leadership across project delivery and architecture. The position works across React frontends and Node.js or .NET Core backends, helps shape cloud-native solutions and roadmaps, and supports developers while maintaining engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design across frontend and backend application layers.
Develop and guide frontend solutions using React.
Work with backend services built using Node.js and .NET Core.
Assist with architecture decisions and solution roadmaps.
Mentor and support developers at different experience levels.
Uphold coding standards and code-review practices.
Support cloud-native implementation and DevOps approaches.
Contribute to CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and observability practices.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

At least six years of software-development experience.
Demonstrable technical leadership and architectural impact.
Experience across React and Node.js and/or .NET Core.
Strong understanding of cloud-native software delivery and DevOps practices.
Ability to mentor developers and maintain engineering quality.
Azure Administrator, Azure Developer or Azure Architect certifications are advantageous.
