Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site operations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Report progress to project management
• Hou toesig oor daaglikse operasionele aktiwiteite op die perseel.
• Koördineer arbeid, subkontrakteurs en materiale.
• Verseker dat projekte betyds en volgens standaard voltooi word.
• Handhaaf gesondheids- en veiligheidsregulasies.
• Rapporteer vordering aan projekbestuur

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

• 15+ years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
• NQF4/5/6 TJEKA will be advantageous
• Safety & Risk on Site will be advantageous
• Working at Heights will be advantageous
• Setting Out will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of construction methods,
• Sequencing, and site operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• 15+ jaar bewese ervaring as ’n Senior Voorman.
