Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on lead and manage the engineering department.
Take ownership of Manage engineering projects, equipment installations, and production line upgrades.
Support the team by managing manage cross-functional engineering teams.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Engineering Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
