Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of BSc: Mechanical Engineering OR Related.
Keep momentum on minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering Management in Metal Manufacturing.
Take ownership of To lead and manage the engineering function within the manufacturing facility, focusing on process optimization, project execution, product quality, and continuous improv.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Engineering Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
