A client of ours within the legal sector is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney to join their firm.

Location
Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements:

Specializing in Commercial LAW only.
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in specifically commercial law.
Independent drafting of commercial agreements.
M&A exposure will be advantageous.
Litigation experience will be advantageous.
Tax/Financial background will be advantageous.
LLB and B. Com (finance) degrees
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
Strong contract drafting skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
