Staff Solutions is hiring a Senior Coastal Sales Administrator in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused chemical team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Timeously alert management to requirements for chemicals and other related products to ensure that sufficient stock is available for incoming orders.
Support the team by managing ensure that equipment in the warehouse is maintained in good operating condition and that employees are trained in proper mechanical (e.g.
Keep momentum on vehicles and Forklifts) and chemical safety procedures.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Coastal Sales Administrator.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of chemical work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
