Role Overview

Amandla Building & Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Site Agent to lead the successful delivery of a major civil engineering project involving road construction and a bridge in the North West Region.

The role is responsible for the overall management, coordination and successful execution of the project.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the road construction and bridge project.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, plant and project resources.
Drive safe, timely and cost-effective project execution.
Coordinate site activities and maintain overall control of the construction programme.

Requirements

15–18 years of proven experience in civil engineering construction.
Substantial experience as a Site Agent on major road infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in roadworks and bridge construction.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, plant and resources.
A track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
