Role Overview

Grow a business portfolio for contract research, consulting and specialist advisory services in the built environment.

Responsibilities

Establish, manage and grow a business portfolio through research and consulting opportunities.
Develop business intelligence into practical solutions and services.
Market services to public, private-sector and international clients.
Conceptualise new solutions, analyse information and maintain client relationships.
Contribute to contract negotiations and achieve sales and income targets.
Support multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Tertiary qualification of at least three years and a postgraduate qualification, preferably in business, commerce or marketing.
Experience in business development, sales, marketing or consulting.
Contract research and project or contract management experience, including financial exposure.
Experience with tenders, quotations, proposals and report writing.
Strategic thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
