Senior Bookkeeper (to Balance Sheet) & HR
Company requires a Senior Bookkeeper (to Balance Sheet and can prepare the financials for audit each year) required.
In addition to keeping and managing the accounting function, also do all the HR of the company and submit all the monthly statutory returns.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Quotes are done in Dollars, invoice in Rands but the accounting is in Rands. Because they import, their Pastel has a multicurrency module.
Must be strong on Excel.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Posting and balancing of Cash Books
- Submitting VAT (company import stock - understanding Import VAT would be an advantage)
- Preparing Financials on Sage Pastel v19 and a good understanding of Inventory, Debtors and creditors
- Salaries on Pastel Payroll and submission of all statutory returns
- Overseeing the financial operations including cash flows and managing payments to USA Creditor.
- HR: salaries & wages, recruitment, and any HR related issues.
