Take ownership of Prepare monthly property performance reports (income vs expenses) Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting for property operations.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Accountant.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of property work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
