West Coast Personnel is hiring a Senior Account Manager (Hybrid) in JHB - Northern Suburbs. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused research team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing this is for a commercially-minded- research professional to lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, manage key client relationships, mentor and co.
Take ownership of 5–10 years' proven experience within a market- research environment.
Keep momentum on strong experience managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Senior Account Manager (Hybrid).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
