About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Security Technician to install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will ensure all security equipment operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and technical support.

What You'll Do

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, alarm, access control, and intercom systems
Diagnose and repair faults in electronic security equipment
Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance
Test systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation
Maintain accurate service records and installation documentation
Respond to service call-outs and emergency repairs when required
Ensure all work complies with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Security Systems, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience installing and maintaining electronic security systems
Knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, and networking systems
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours when required
