4TIS Consulting needs a Security Supervisor who can step into a practical role in Durban. A key part of the work involves Security Supervisor We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and protect.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Ensure all security procedures and policies are followed.
Support the team by managing minimum 2–5 years security experience, with supervisory experience.
Support the team by managing knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Security Supervisor.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
