Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Facilitate Security Officer training programmes in accordance with unit standards and programme requirements.
- Take ownership of Deliver theoretical and practical security training sessions.
- Take ownership of Assist learners in developing operational security skills and workplace readiness.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Security Officer Facilitator.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
