Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Implement security protocols, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with law enforcement, and training staff on security procedures.
Take ownership of Ensuring the rendering of security service deliver in line with SOP's.
Take ownership of Ensuring compliance and that all security officers meet contractual requirements as stipulated by the organization.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Security Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in security or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
