Role Overview

Amasiko Group needs a Security First Line Management Facilitator who can step into a practical role in Johannesburg. A key part of the work involves Security First Line Management Facilitator We are seeking a qualified and experienced Security First Line Management Facilitator to deliver high-quality training and learner suppor.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Facilitate Security First Line Management training programmes in line with approved learning material and outcomes.
Support the team by managing qualification in the Safety and Security Industry at NQF Level 3 OR Grade B Security Officer certification.
Keep momentum on minimum of 2 years' experience within the security environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Security First Line Management Facilitator.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
