Security First Line Management Facilitator
Role Overview
Amasiko Group needs a Security First Line Management Facilitator who can step into a practical role in Johannesburg. A key part of the work involves Security First Line Management Facilitator We are seeking a qualified and experienced Security First Line Management Facilitator to deliver high-quality training and learner suppor.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Facilitate Security First Line Management training programmes in line with approved learning material and outcomes.
- Support the team by managing qualification in the Safety and Security Industry at NQF Level 3 OR Grade B Security Officer certification.
- Keep momentum on minimum of 2 years' experience within the security environment.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Security First Line Management Facilitator.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
