Network IT is hiring a Security Analyst :1/L2 (Microsoft Cloud & Security) in Johannesburg North. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to building, supporting or improving systems that people rely on every day.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on security Monitoring & Incident Response.
Support the team by managing monitor and investigate security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) Cloud & Identity Security (Azure).
Support the team by managing monitor logs and security telemetry.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Security Analyst :1/L2 (Microsoft Cloud & Security).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of security work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
