Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Provide end-to-end technical and functional support for SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA environments.
Keep momentum on sAP Certification in relevant functional or technical modules.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a SAP Functional & Technical Support.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
