Sales Supervisor
We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and assisting with the growth of the business.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant Sales, Marketing, or Business Management qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a sales supervisor role.
- Proven experience within a Wholesale and/or Manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Experience supervising and motivating a sales team.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale and manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct customer visits and follow up on quotations and orders.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer queries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
