Sales Representative - Tooling & Hardware

Our very well established client who is a specialist in this field requires your self-driven vibrant attitude to be the "go to" person for their established clients and to increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Great attention to detail
- Committed and reliable
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual – English & Afrikaans
DUTIES:
- Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Servicing existing clients and liaising with new prospects for new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
- Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
- Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
