REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, minimum 5 years’ experience on the road calling on clients.
- Driver’s license with own reliable transport
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent with planning, structured and organised with sales activities
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to travel to other provinces once a month
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best solution for the client’s requirements
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan by pursuing new clients to call on
- Actively dedicate time to achieving monthly sales targets
- Ensure pipeline of clients is well looked after and that strong relationships are maintained with the best customer service being offered
- Qualify clients well to ensure a smooth and successful sales process
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments and leverage this knowledge to position company as a leader in the market
- Contribute to a positive team and customer environment
- Always conduct business in an honest manner with excellent accountability and integrity
