Sales Person - Automotive Industry

Role Overview

A well-established automotive company is looking for two Sales People to join its team in Madadeni, KZN. The role supports retail buyers, mechanics, shop owners, repair shops, fleet managers, and DIY customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find parts using part numbers, VINs, make, and model details.
• Look up inventory, quote prices, take payments, and create invoices or receipts.
• Restock shelves, check stock levels, unpack shipments, and label incoming parts.
• Process returns, check damage or part numbers, and issue refunds or exchanges.
• Build relationships with repair shops, fleet managers, and regular customers.
• Respond to enquiries about availability, pricing, compatibility, and delivery times.

Requirements

• Some high-school education, preferably Grade 12.
• One to two years' experience with aftermarket sales and accessories in the motor industry.
