Sales Office Administrator

Our client, a prominent organization serving the industrial, mining, and construction industries, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Office Administrator to support and enhance their sales operations, ensuring seamless client and stakeholder engagement.
Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and Sales Engineers
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation
Coordinate tender submissions and related documentation
Manage transport, shipping, and delivery logistics
Monitor delivery deadlines and proactively resolve delays and logistical challenges
Record and distribute meeting minutes accurately and professionally
Manage diaries, schedules, and key administrative deadlines
Coordinate the ordering of stock, parts, and operational requirements
Handle customer and supplier queries professionally and efficiently
Support project and production scheduling activities
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and sales administration processes
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales administration or support within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems such as R is advantageous
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple stakeholder queries professionally
Strong communication and coordination skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with C programming or technical documentation
